ChartGenius AI provides educational post-trade analysis based on user-uploaded trading charts. The Service reviews executed trades only.

ChartGenius AI does not provide trade signals, entry or exit recommendations, financial advice, or predictions of future market behavior.

3. No Financial Advice Disclaimer

ChartGenius AI is not a financial advisor. All content is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, risk management, and financial outcomes.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree that you upload only content you own or have the right to use, and that you understand trading involves significant financial risk.

5. Accounts and Usage Limits

Some features require account registration. Free and paid plans may have daily or monthly usage limits which may change over time.

6. Uploaded Content

Uploaded charts are used solely to generate post-trade analysis. We do not sell or share uploaded content with third parties.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, and generated content belong to ChartGenius AI. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the Service.

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change or be discontinued at any time.

9. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to request a refund within 14 days of the initial payment date.

Refunds apply only to first-time purchases and subscription payments made directly through ChartGenius AI. To request a refund, you must contact us within the 14-day period at [email protected].

Once a refund request is approved, access to paid features will be revoked, and the refunded amount will be processed back to the original payment method.

Refunds may not be granted in cases of abuse, repeated refund requests, or excessive usage of the Service within the refund period.

10. Limitation of Liability

ChartGenius AI is not liable for trading losses, financial damages, or decisions made based on information provided by the Service.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
